First trip to the mountain

I went out last night for a ‘wee’ spin, ended up heading into the hills.

Kirkintilloch, lennoxtown, take the Crow road to Fintry, out the back of Fintry back to Lennoxtown.

Seen quite a few bikers, exchanged a few nods. Any one on here?

I’ve always known are loved this road, climbed all the surrounding hills and been in awe at guys and gals enjoying the curves and breathtaking views.

Anyone that has done it will know the moment you take a left bend and the view to the mountains towards Loch Lomond open up.

Honestly can not believe it’s actually me, given I am not a life long biker, I took the notion to sit my test and stuck with it.

I highly recommend it to anyone, there is no better way to bond with my new bike

She is far more capable than I am, I suspect that will be the case for the for seeable future. But thankfully she is being gentle with me

You see that's where the problem lies, they like to lure you into a false sense of security then when you think good we are getting along really well they will pick that moment to do something you have never experienced before so all be it your getting along well at the moment it is sitting there plotting
