2020 Vespa Primavera 50
2020 Vespa Primavera 50 (Vespa/)

The Vespa Primavera meets the demands of a simple around-town ride with its compact design, and has done so since its unveiling in 1967. It comes in 50 or 150cc single-cylinder engine options to suit the scooter rider’s needs too. Remote saddle opening (available on 150cc model), LED lighting front and rear, and bike finder tech are a few features that bring it to the 21st century as well. Variations are also available to suit more tour-likely folks or those looking for a little more sportiness—see Touring and S models specifically.

The Primavera’s biggest rival is the Honda Metropolitan, a scoot from Big Red that also offers around-town ease of use with a 50cc engine, but comes in at a price of $2,499—more than a grand less than Vespa’s 50cc Primavera.

Vespa Primavera 50/150 Updates For 2020

No major updates were announced for 2020 aside from the announcement of the new Primavera (Red) and Primavera Sean Wotherspoon special edition models. The Touring variant mentioned above comes with chrome front and rear luggage racks for additional toting needs, and the S is equipped with the 150cc engine, a TFT dash, and sportier black rims.
