Looking for a spare room (London)

This might seem like a long shot... but I'm looking for a spare room and it seems difficult to find a motorcycle friendly house in the city i.e. with garage / workshop / shed. Not just for parking on the street.

 

Would be great to live with someone likeminded or buddy up on a new place. I already rent a garage in London, but it doesn't have power, so isn't very practical.

I come with a few decent tools, ability to diy around the house, good housemate etiquette and chilled vibes.
