Stay Away!
Dear motor bikers,
I am A kawasaki ( have ZR7S and ER-6F)rider since quite a while and i had an experience with this so called “ service” that made me re-considering the overall level of professionalism and honesty on the market or at least at this geographical coordinates))
After a main 30 amper fuse failure i did called this garage for help in finding the touching problem and they did collect me bike from Warrington for so-called inspection: and ;
1 whole week of waiting they come with two “great offers”
- “ we find your wrong part - harnes and it costs you 575£ .. but there is the thing we dont have a clue when it will be available.. anytime next year”
When refused then come back with even better offer- “ we spend 4 hours by 100£ on your bike but we give no warranty if it solves the issue, and if not we dont refund you” 400£ for nothing??????
All this is a joke- they been told to take their proffessional hands off me bike..
THEY DID CHARGE ME 120£ FOR ALL THIS COMEDY …
And WHEN I WENT TO A PROPER GARAGE THE TRUTH BECAME EVIDENT - ALL THE WRONG THING WITH THE KAWASAKI WAS ITS REGULATOR - AND THE OTHERS GARAGE MECHANIC FINDS IT FOR 10 minutes IN A COST OF 40£ LABORING.
I FEEL ME DUTY TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF THE SUFFERERS BY SUCH A JOKE AND THIS IS THE MAIN REASON I DO GIVE THIS FEEDBACK

REGARDS AND GOID LUCK TO ALL !
