Datatool alarm problem

I have a 1997 Firestorm that has been off the road for 8 years, perfect condition when parked up, only 7000 miles.

Replaced the battery with a new one and also the datatool remote but the alarm goes off continuously and the bike won't start.

Would like to either remove/disable the alarm or get it working, any ideas, it is a datatool veto alarm.
