Hi guys. Very new to this firs time on a forum. I've got a suzuki gs 125 lovely girl but she's not charging the batter when running at all. Have checked the earth's and sanded them and refitted etc and checked the battery itself all to no avail. I'm assuming the only other thing it could be is the reg rectifier but I don't have mechanical knowledge enough to know what else it could be. Does anyone have the knowledge to say what else it could be or is it likely if not certain to be the regulator/rectifier if its not the earth's or battery.. Have tested the voltage whilst revving and it doesn't go above twelve.. Definitely not charging the battery while running. Many thanks for any advice or knowledge

Welcome to the forum James.

It most likely is the rectifier, but it could also be the stator. If you can find a manual it should give you specs to check the stator.
