Rebuild Posted November 25, 2022 Posted November 25, 2022 Hello everyone, you can probably imagine, how it is, when you have a bike standing forgotten 10 years and you get the great idea to bring it back to life... Well decided to go through this and the first thing was cleaning the carbs. There were jets clogged, slides seized not moving at all, even the needles didn't wanted to move and the needle jets were oxidized. So complete disassembly and cleaning took place. Rebuild Posted December 23, 2022 Author Posted December 23, 2022 After cleaning the carbs, they had to be mounted back onto the engine of course. It sounds so trivial, but pushing them all together into the rubber suction ports and managing to get the air box onto the carbs from their other side can be a bit tricky.
