Hello mates :)

I recently moved from Greece to Belgium and I'm thinking to buy a moped to move around the 100k people city I live in and occasionally visit Brussels which is some 25km away from where I live.

Initially I was thinking to buy an electric bicycle, but due to the hype they are ridiculously expensive compared to used mopeds and their range is horrible.
Basically I was considering a Peugeot Vogue 103, a Honda Camino or something similar (see below)
They are cheap, going for 600-800 euros and they have the added benefit of being able to use the bicycle lanes.

From what I understand, there are basically two versions of the machine, one is the class A (25km/h) and then class B (45km/h).
Although I am not sure if it just the throttling or if they also have differences in their gearing. (do they?)

Now the main issue is that I am big and heavy, some 140kg... will it have enough torque to even keep moving with me on it? :S
What about moderate hills?

Thank you very much guys!

Edit: I have a category A european license already so I could drive a proper moto, but I just want an alternative to a bicycle.

My wife had a Honda Camino for a little while to get to work.

It would top out at about 25MPH. They are only about 3hp, so will struggle up steeper hills.
