Hi,  I have a fairly old Chinese 125 ? Too long ago I had a decision to make, should I tart it up or skip it , unfortunately I chose the former,  not wanting to throw to much money at it, for obvious reasons. I have been at this point for quite some time now,  I am having trouble starting it (again) initially, I was have battery discharge issues, sorted by replacing the rectifier, eventually, ha 

Now, and this the question, 

I have a constant 0.5v at the coil, even when the ignition is off, and only 5v When cranking, hense a very weak spark?  Battery is kicking out over 13.5v . If anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.
