GSX carbs

hi is it possible to fit the carbs from a 1990 on GSX 600f to a 1988 model or are there any other options possible,cheers Phill.

Since the frame, air filter assembly and most carb fittings are the same part number, I would tentatively say yes.  Jetting might have minor differences.
