Unblock motorcycle

Hi. I've bought my first cheap runner which is Lexmoto Arizona 125. Older bike . All works fine ,but looks like it has some throttle blockage course when I open it more than half it takes power down , up to this level everything is fine . My question is how to unblock it to get the full "power"? Thank you

Could be a blocked main jet. Dirty air filter, or exhaust.

If you take the carb off to clean it. Check that the slide opens all the way when you twist the throttle.
