Guest Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Most rides just lately been going out on CCM 604 but lost the backlight lens off it so taped a lens off one of my Suzuki GT750's. The lens is a bit too big and covers part of the number plate. Also got VTR1000 Honda, not been on that for weeks MoT has just run out now & it needs new front discs Quote

Nah ... and still faster than a fast thing with a wasp up its flue ... lolI like quite a few of the older bikes .. the bikes I drooled over as a teenager .. old zx-10s ... zzr1100 ... FZR ... and the like ...And I spose some of these peared to the bone missiles might be a wee bit on the uncomfy side too ...... Quote
Guest Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Yeah, had an FZR600 3HE 1991 red/white/blue before, sold it to my mate who has restored it to full glory, a nice little hooligan tool. The 1000 is a tad more comfy than the 600 and fits my 5ft 11 well. The RU is fast as most stuff and rock stable under full throttle. ZZR1100, another stonkin' bike, nearly got one but spotted the yam advertised by a dealer new in 1997. Quote
