Good news is that i passed my test this morning in the pouring rain, bad news though is i can't afford a bike.

I'll still be interested in any meets, as might hire one for a day just to get out and about

Well Done Studly :thumb: ---especially on a crap day--save up the cash and get some wheels-don't know about hiring a bike though----plenty of good bikes around for not a great deal of cash if you look.

Thanks guys

Yeah i've seen some bikes around that i like its the insurance that seems to be a killer. Does anyone know an insurance company that takes into account your car no claims bonus?

Posted

alot of companies will not accept car bonus on a bike and vice versa, have a look at companies like footman james and Firebond

or even direct choice, (or at least i think thats the name of my brokers)
