Aprilia RS125 - My first problem!

It was inevitable, and know it's finally happened. my first fault.

not an expensive thing, but a pretty bloody significant one. the speedo has stopped working!!!!

the speedo (digital) kept going a bit mad and saying i was doin 120 when sitting in traffic, then sorted itself out once i got going. now, it's sticking a 0mph everywhere, so speed cameras are quite worrying

stopped working bang on 1300 miles though coinsidance?

have to wait a week until i can get it sorted anyway, so won't be riding much as i won't have any clue how fast im going

on my last bike the speedo didnt work only time it did was when bike was going for mot lol

i use the rev meter for speed

even now on my z750 which has a working speedo i always go by rev

meter lol

if your bike got rev meter use that for speed

i had this happen on my old rs125 loads of times if its the same as mine was it is the end that attaces to the front wheel like a metal circle clip it gets bent when full of road muck you might be able to bend it back if you see were its been bent
