I just looked at ferry prices to hull 150 quid return as a foot passenger. I think I'll just make some cake here and eat it simultaneously. Alot cheaper! Lets do a live web cam pudding eating thingy

Two strokes are great if you get the right one, but why go all nostalgic. Get a Aprillia 250.

In actual fact ALL the riders have massive demands placed on them by sponsor commitments and various deals. Its part of the job.

If JT could find time to do something that helps him relax instead of pressing the flesh of some company bigwig he's never heard of, or sitting in his motor home going over what might be then good luck to him.

I don't think JT would do anything detrimental to his racing. He is a very focussed guy.

I don't know about these tests, there has been a lot of fair criticism from manufacturers. i know manufacturers spend a fai bit on testing probably way mare then sharp. I also know that Shinya canned it at over 200 mph and walked away.

I reckon the top manufacturers know a bit more about the real world then sharp. Don't forget the to players have been taking crashed lids back for a look see for a long time and I find it hard to believe arai or Shoie etc... would have got it wrong.

That doesn't mean the cheaper helmets are not going to be safe I am just unsure of the sharp tests being quite dismissive of some makes.

If you produce a product that a couple of basic failures in manufacturing could have you sued into bankruptcy I believe you would be pretty attentive.

I don't believe that what the stars wear means any thing more then a paint job. But... nor would they race in something they didn't think was going to save them.

Got to be Sheene. Watching him ride in the 70's made me want to ride to bikes.

I remember going to the transatlantic races and watching the yanks ride rings around everyone but Sheen. steve Baker was good. But kenny Roberts was something else.

How much is the ferry from Hull assuming there is space? Erm... that would be a return 8)

Any pillions available for new riders or riders yet to pass the test?
