The fact Labour said they were not willing to work with the SNP as a coalition I think swayed a lot of Scottish voters. It basically sounds like Labour don't want to listen to anyone and will only do things their own way, or not at all. Not a good attitude to have in my books. Scotland has been a Labour/SNP majority since I can remember. THey made a very stupid move saying they were not willing to work with the SNP. I agree in principle. But Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only make up around 16% of the total population. So how can they be fairly represented if the count was purely on number of votes? I'm not sure what the solution is...

You need to redo your CBT, or alternatively you could do your theory test, Mod1 and Mod 2 for around the same price as another CBT. You would get rid of your L plates and start the ball rolling on gaining no claims bonuses on your insurance, as you will then have a full licence.
