Looking online at the government website: https://www.gov.uk/motorcycle-practical ... test-fees- I found out that it ONLY cost £15.50 for mod 1 and £75 for mod 2, this totals to £90 as a pose to the £600 - £700 standard price tag. The catch is, you need to have your own bike and be insured on it. If you fail the test even 5 times you still come out better off!! I just want to know is there anyone who: A) can advise me on a good bike to use for the test which is cheap? B) lives in london and may want to share the cost of a bike to do the exam?
Hi mate, if you haven't already taken the test, an ideal move is to maybe get a few others who want to do their full licence, all of you go however many ways on the cost of the bike, get insured and just take the exam. The exam for mod 1 cost £15.50 and mod 2 £75. you can find this on the .gov website
