1. Have a look at this Liam , also check for leak on the iacv pipes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqNaaPZgAgc" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
2. Okey dokey, hope the balancing goes well, you'll have to watch and pick his brains for when you have a go
3. Just an idea , but while your out and about tomorrow get some petrol injector cleaner to add to the petrol , it will help clean the injectors ready for the balance, and sorry Liam missed the bit about the rattle what was that
4. Shouldn't be any trouble at all apart from keeping the revs up when coming to a stop
5. Hi Liam , yeh take a look at page 8-84 of your manual states you can use mercury equipment, but helps if you got it, hate to say it but i never trust bike shops for repair
6. Sounds like you dodged a bullet there Liam, cant be much of a bike shop, its still only a matter of taking off the vacuum pipes and balancing , I always use a Morgan , I think on your bike everything is balanced from number 1 cylinder, and then 3&4 and then 1&2 to 3&4 , have a look at that Joe Blogs ,I think its on there, of course you will have to go thro the TPS set up afterwards
7. Dont blame ya Liam, its easy to sit here and say what should be done, doing it is another thing altogether , I dabble with injection but I'm a carb man through and through, thats why I bugger about with the old stuff
8. Hi ,take a look at this if your trying it yourself http://joeblogs.eu/2015/08/04/triumph-tt600-throttle-balancing/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

13. Any idea last time they were done, and maybe try the idle fuel trim
14. have the throttle bodies been balanced
15. Have you put a new ECU or exhaust on recently, if not go to the reset tps page and follow instructions
16. Are you using this. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152147582697?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Could be a TPS fault
17. Any fault codes?
18. I think the tank had what you might call "patina", i called in rust, the frame had a sneaky sticker over that dent , so filled it with ally weld and rubbed it down, the discs weren't too bad just rusty so rubbed them down and repainted , taking my time with it cos keep getting interupted with other peoples projects, in fact the hardest thing was the plastics ,welding them and filling holes, adding bits
19. Needed something to get my teeth into, probably bit off more than i could chew here but getting through it. Trying to keep everything as original as i can , though some things were beyond repair like the rad and clock frame,when i got it ,it wouldn't start but that was just a solenoid, an auxillary tank clean petrol and clean carbs(a spare set) and it started, so stripped it down. This is the story so far. The shock I dismantled and repainted as were the engine covers and stanchion sleeves, the plastics were original so I plastic welded them and under coated , the frame, sub frame ,swingarm and wheels i got powder coated,all work done by myself except for the powder coating
20. Hi, this this one of any use https://www.dropbox.com/s/efpnx55x1gapb0p/Triumph_Trophy_900_1200_Service_Repair_Manual_D.pdf?dl=0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
