Yes it needs replacing! I had a chain that needed doing every2 weeks then it broke luckily I was doing about 15mph at the time. Got a new chain didnt need doing for 18 mths!

Nowt like optomism(?)...repeat "you will not bin it again" My local shop where I get all my stuff done took mine when I binned it, gave me 3 quotes, all new bits ,some new bits and then one just to basically get it road worthy so I could use it. £1100-£200! Obvious choice really!

Well I fancy a Thundercat as my next bike, Im not prejudice to any make of bike but I must say, I have a wee soft spot for Kawasaki. Thats the most sensible thing I read today! But keith is right about the gpshed

I dont understand why you pay to use them all year round then leave em alone for 6months...then it takes you a while in the spring to get back up to speed...however I will thank someone for my next low milage baragin!

Dont store it ride the damn thing sopposed to be a mild winter and theres some good rifing to be had if ya get ya winter gear on lovely crisp air

Your alright phil I was walking round manchester with a liverpool shirt on 5Th looked like plastic damage and a foot peg and some other right hand side stuff..I did see him go off in mirrors thought it was bad but glad to see him up and about and able to get the bike going again. Oh and phil dont forget keef had the video camera! -

Yeah hope 5th ok! Just got back and have to say meg local knowledge helps..lol. However had a great day except for the unexpected man hugs Roll on next year cos weather was certainly BLOODY COLD! -
