  1. if you dont want to buy the practice stuff pm vicki we do hire them out off the site!!
  2. Depends what day you go also go on the last day maybe some bargains but usually your looking for people clearing old stock!
  3. High wind is worse than rain anyday!!
  4. yeah there is but each to there own , dont go out in shit storm if I dont have to but if your caught out in it so what, theres plenty of grip to be had from the right tyres and would have missed out on a lot of good fun days if i'd dodged the rain and stayed at home! Thing about fast riding in the rain, it makes you realise how much faster you could actually go in the dry
  5. I ride all year, we live in a country where it rains alot so if you dont like getting wet or its outside your comfort zone then dont get a bike! I would also suggest if you dont ride in the rain much best to get out when it does rain for a little practice!
  6. Lazy barsteward!
  7. To say I had a bad start, and josh brookes kept f**king me over I'll settle for a place on the podium

  9. some bikes cant be insured without an alarm
  10. As Rennie said bike gear has to fit properly, the helmet from argos the oxford box ones are fine for that money but it does need to fit, i would always buy a helmet youve tried on the rest of the gear is fine except the boots tbh also as rennie said I would buy bike specific boots But at the end of the day its your choice!!

  12. Wasn't it in the press a few weeks ago that Rossi was pee'd with yamaha and lorenzo because all the developments he was making were going straight into lorenzo's bike as well? Or something similar. Ah sour grapes is the mighty one a tad scared? They should go into Lorenzos bike as well there bloody team mates am sure if Lorenzos side of the garage came up with something Vale could use he'd want it. I would say if you want to go, just go if not shut up and get on with it and do your talking on the track!
  13. well done on passing! And 2 years to save for something bigger!
  14. Cheers!!!
  15. Why would he want to get shut of Lorenzo I wonder, would he be any better off riding in a team with stoner?? did he say why he doesnt want to be in a team with Lorenzo?
  16. On a side note lots of rookies in motogp next year as well as speeeeez, we have 250 champ aoyama, the best 250 rider simoncelli the wild barbera on a duke and bautista on hopefully an improved suzuki...should be interesting to compare the 250 guys (prob simoncelli) against speeez!
  17. well what a weird final 250 race talk about drama....who'd want to be in those garages Well done Aoyama!!! Final championship to Honda
  18. will have to look out for those any times??
  19. Havent been know for years after been disappointed with it tbh....always went in a mates car and dont see much of him now would never go on the bike...but got some rideouts last time I went...if you can do tho that reallly makes it worth while going!
  20. Well done Simon but what a great race from smith especially after running with his bike on the warm up lap.....next years world champ?? But what a race from schotter as a wild card and a great battle for 4th!! Bring on the 250's!
  21. well done congrats!!
  22. . Just a couple of thoughts, the rookie rule says they cant join a factory team, nothing about having a factory bike I believe, so whos to say he doesnt get what the factory guys get? Has for instance simoncelli been offerered elias's factory honda at the gresini team for instance or would if there getting one would melandri have it?? Also now the engines have to last longer the revs wil be lower and maybe not as much in that department between factory and customer bikes. The only chance spies has of getting a factory yam is if Lorenzo or Rossi leave which if rumours are to believed thats quite possible
  23. I bet you said Hayden wouldn't have been world champ either. To use the argument that hayden was gifted the championship is nonsense. So your saying that no one but rossi deserves the title just because he's the best rider? You have to think of it as the team (including the rider) winning the title, not just the rider. As we've seen even rossi can't win when his team aren't doing their job properly, and if hayden was there to pick up the points rossi and his team couldn't get then he fully deserves the title. IMO if spies can get on top machinery, he's in with a shot. No one saw Hayden as a world champ, but he didnt come to gp with the riding god like status that Speeeeeeeez has either If speeeez doesnt do well its a good indicator of the gap between wsb and motogp. I will be a little disappointed if he doesnt get a top 10, finish after all look how simoncelli did going from 250 to wsb!! And when the hell did anyone say that no one but Rossi wins the title, he maybe the best rider out there but it is about the package and at the moment the strongest package is stoner/ducati and am more than convinced thats because of the superior electronics package on the duke!
  24. So you think he'll be world champ then....I dont!
  25. Well Nicky Hayden did come from the american version! Think now the bikes are 800's it will be even harder for a wsb rider to do wel at motogp level, thats why I was a little shocked that crutchlow opted for that route!
