Diolch. Thank you spanner. My last bike was always easy to fix,I miss 2 strokes. Maybe I will give today a miss on it. My head is pounding, will message my bike dad to see when he free. Think a bag of donuts and crisps are needed haha. Do you think it would be worth asking on here if someone knows a reliable mechanic in Scotland? But has to not con me out of money,hit my dog or try and shag me.

Not yet. Bike dad is away on his bike. I am just out of bed. This is getting bad, I am usually up and about first thing but the last two weeks I have been a lazy cow. Can you get really sad about a bike?

When try bump start it blows the blue 15 amp fuse. I do need someone out to look at it but I have been conned out of a good few hundred quid so now can not afford anyone else to come out. Also the last guy hit my dog so I threw him out. The only problem with being a female, you get taken advantage of. I am running out of ideas. The solenoid is still making the clicking noise.

hi. My bike is 2004 plate. Bollocking! Forgot to get WD40. Will have a look at the starter switch tomorrow. My head is no longer working when I look at the bike. Any hints tips would be great ,thank you. I do like this bike,not as much fun as the Honda MTX I had but I still enjoy riding it,when it goes.

Date went well. Enjoyed the 2 hours in gym, made him do Zumba was great fun haha. Will keep eye out for BMW riders haha.

I just borrow my neighbours. At the moment I do not trust myself with electrics haha. Also my date is running late, I really need that punch bag in the gym tonight.

Honestly beginning to shot myself. Enjoyed the first week off road but due to losing my job due to my own fault I have been told I am not entitled to benefits so I seriously need it back on the road. Already using my savings to buy food. But this is a good learning life lesson. No point in crying over spilt milk, clean it up and refill it (so to speak lol). know how to fix a kenwood blender? Went to make fruit smoothie and it is dead. My things are just hating me at the moment.

Haha does make working on it a lot easier and warmer. Just hope my landlord doesn't pop in for a catch up haha.

Bit dissatisfied with the show. NEC is soooo much better but it was great to catch up with everyone and new ppeople. My nephew enjoyed his first taste of biker community. He kept saying 'auntie you know a lot of people '. Do not know them all personally but we all say hi to each other and have a chat from a run we we went on three years ago lol. But still good to get out.

Or if not you could use that new starter cable as the positive connection ( connect starter motor end to its proper terminal and use the solenoid end to contact with battery positive . Then using the old starter cable as an earth lead bolting the ring terminal to the motors casing and strip a bit of the insulation back on the knackered end . This is where it gets tricky ... Put the motor somewhere safe and stable that the leads allow ( chair beside bike and kneel on it ) Or remove battery to give better room to work Hold the earth lead tight onto the negative terminal of battery .... then touch the positive cable (new cable) to the batteries positive terminal .(THIS WILL SPARK AND THE STARTER WILL JOLT (if it works )SO BE PREPARED FOR THAT ( if it doesn't do anything just make sure your getting good connections ) . May just wait for my dad.

Clean blood off then but back together. I kind of know the guy, we go to the same gym. It just a bit out of the blue. I grew up on a farm working with guys. So will see how it goes but the bike is more important to me.
