Yeah thanks, it needed it because where I live 50CC's are not meant to pass 60KM/h but mine reached 95KM/h

I am very new to this forum and I'm clueless when it comes to engines. My 50CC geared Motorbikes (RIEJU RS2 MATRIX BLCK SERIES 50) was working fine a couple days ago, it had to have a restrictor installed in order to pass its MOT, I'm not sure if it had anything to do with it, but it used to reach a max of 60MPH but now only reaches 15 if I'm lucky. This is something I am going to have to try and fix myself as all the mechanics in my area are fully booked for the next month and this motorbike is my daily driver. I have done countless amounts of hours of looking up what the problem could be and have found nothing, ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED
