  1. I've cut a couple out today so you can get an idea of what they actually look like http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/IMAG0129.jpg http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/IMAG0125.jpg
  2. http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/tmbfrally2011.jpg I will do them like these to make them exclusive to the rally attendies
  3. I'm stuck on my fancy dress atm. I've bought a couple but they were too small for me. Thinking of being creative, and making my own.
  4. I will do a selection of colours and sizes. But if people can preorder then that would be great then I could get more of white done etc. And yes I can do some straight forward website ones. Just tell me the size and colour
  5. I will be creating some TMBF decals to take to the rally. They will be £1 each. And every 50p of each TMBF decal sold will be donated to the running of the forum. I can do them in a variety of colours. And you can have them either with the website, or without. I can do different sizes, but larger ones will cost more, but 50% of the sale price will still be donated to the forum. http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/tmbfrally2011.jpg http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/tmbffull.jpg http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/tmbf.jpg I will cut out a few on all the different colour vinyls i've got so you can get a true depiction of them. Also people not attending the rally can order these from me, but they will be £1.50 posted. I will then donate 35% of the money sold for these to the forum, it is 35% due the costs of paypal charges. As I still need to make my money back on the materials used. I am not doing this just to make some money, but to offer a service to the forum users. Thankyou Dan (DeeJ)

    Bike wont start

    Could be a knackered regulator/rectifier.
  7. I've got that little bit of leather on my gp pro's. And it really does annoy me as I've got dodgy hands, but as people have said it's there for a reason, thats why i've left my as it is. Plus I didn't want to chop away at a £150 pair of gloves
  8. I've been told its about the little finger being the most vunerable to breaks in minor accidents. Because of its apparent uselessness, the little finger has no strong tendons and muscles, which means, a slight tug can break it quite easily. So support to another digit, will mean it is less likely to break.

    FZR600 clocks

Check all fuses, and also check relays, which are located on the subframe hidden behind the left rear panel.

    Visor Poll

On my Arai, i've got a clear visor with a yellow pinlock. On my track helmet, i've got a silver mirrored visor. And on my work helmet i've got a clear visor because of night time use.
  11. Are you going to be sweating your knackers off in this one though
  12. http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n281/djowen01/IMAG0098.jpg These are my delkelvic pipes. Look at the shiny, shiny.
  13. Yeah £90 is quite a difference, I have the cost of gaskets, seals and clamps on top of the downpipes to consider, also according to the manual the radiator and oil cooler has to come off, gonna try and move them out of the way but if not then there's coolant and oil on the shopping list. Delkevic it is, but if I need to start hacking bits of my bike then the downpipes will get thrown back at em. Thanks for all the replies. I'l let you know how I get on weekend after next. delkelvic send you copper gaskets with their pipes. Just a straight swap with the old ones. The only thing you may notice is your end can may sit differently, but things can easily be persuaded into place. And ye normally the coolers and rads are on rubber gromits that can be moved as long as theres plenty of play in the pipes.
  14. Even after what i've said, go for the delkelvic pipes, you can't really go wrong for the price. That extra £90 could buy you a shiny new end can
  15. I had some Delkelvic downpipes for my FZR600, mainly because I live 5 miles away from DK where there sold from. The welds are not the prettiest I've seen, and they took abit of persuading to fit inline to the cylinders. But saved myself £100 compared to the next brand. And it was well worth the extra hour spent to fit them. I know my mate fitted some to his ZZR600 about 2 months ago, and he had to cut the bracket off for the centre stand to get them to fit
  16. Just bought another costume aswell now, will make a decision when they both arrive. And yes there will be some music to go with one of them
  17. WooHoo. I have sorted my fancy dress costume out Can't wait now

  20. Just booked the weekend off work, YAY Probably be coming in the car again this year as I like to take everything including the kitchen sink with me
  21. The airbox on my fzr is screwed as the inlets keep popping back into the airbox causing a major air leak. So I was going to get a set of pod air filters for £20. What size jets will I need, and where can I buy them from?
  22. I went for the highest visibility one I could. Arai Chaser Fluro Yellow.
  23. It's only going to be ridden a few times a year, mainly on track. And i've got 2 other bikes to use whilst it's being built.
  24. My friend is turbo'ing his mates ZX6R, he's never done anything like it before. But if it works he said he will turbo my FZR600 3HE for free, as long as I supply the parts. I was wondering what I will need to do it. I know I will need: - a turbo - plenum chamber - exhaust manifold - oil feed - loads of pipework Will I need an intercooler? Where can I tap into to get the oil feed? Will I need to lower the engines compression, if so can I do it by having a head gasket spacer made up, and how do I work out what size spacer I will need to lower the compression by X?

    odd problem!

Tank breather may be blocked, causing a minor air lock which isn't letting the fuel to pass through at its normal rate
