ATTENTION To all who is going to buy a flip front helmet from Lidl I work there as a Manager and in our store we have only received open face helmets and not flip front helmets. Just as a heads up as the Lidl warehouses are useless and never send the right stuff into stores. So just be ready to be disappointed if you go to buy a flip front and they have only got open face helmets.

Alot of tracks won't let you run on a restricted license. But I know Mallory let you as thats where my mates go. And if you go on a Tuesday theres a higher noise limit

Mine runs on Hopes and Dreams. Hopes that it will not heat seize, and Dreams that it will get me home

I have planned my route so I can get some nice views along the way instead of sticking to the major A roads. If anyone wants to meet on route just PM me with time you will be there etc

I've just noticed I'm not on the list on this thread. I am on the Attendance list though, I will definetely be coming just making sure if there will be space for me to put my tent up, its only a small 2 man, Or I might just be in a sleeping bag depending if I want to do more than 50mph on my bike. I wear 1 piece leathers on my 125cc, and even wore them on my scooter. Skin burns easily, and it doesn't grow back that quickly.

Normally about half 6pm

I mite have a ride up there. ive only ever been once last year. Weather looks good. Think its just me riding as all my mates are tinkering with there bikes, so come and tag along

As the weather is slowly picking up, and getting warmer and also staying lighter at night I think I will start riding to Stormy Petrel on Thursday nights. I normally meet up with my mates at BP petrol station on Talke Roundabout, ST7 1SA. Then ride through Newcastle Under Lyme to Stormy Petrel, Tern Hill, Market Drayton, Shropshire, TF9 3QD. Just PM me if you fancy a ride out, and I will pass on my mobile number to you. I ride a 125cc, so anyone can come and I won't ride off and leave if your uneasy on the twisties.

It was idling at 1.2k before. I think I may have knocked something loose on the airbox when I took the seat off earlier. Could be a simple air leak, but obviously don't want to mess with a powerful 2 stroke incase I pink it.

Just took my RS out for the first time, and the revs were sticking from 2.5k - 4k once it has been revved. And now everytime I start it the revs raise up to 3k even before I touch the throttle. Also if anyone has experience of the RS, mine seems to have not one bit of power until above 6k rpm, and after that the front end just lifts up.

I am looking at a bike which is to be unamed atm, it has had a GSX front end fitted but is not a Suzuki. The main problem is that the GSX has a speedo sensor on the sprocket cover, and the bike use to have its speedo sensor on the front wheel. Can a sensor be fitted on the GSX front wheel so the standard speedo off the bike can be used which is digital. The bike is goin to be my little project and I don't want to announce it until its up and running

Give it a good service, oil change and oil filter, air filter, spark plug, fuel filter, clean the carb. You will be amazed what at what a service can do

Just think yourself lucky that its not your only form of transport and you have got a backup

It should still be under warranty right, if so get it in ASAP. Get the water topped up and only ride it if necessary as you could warp the head or do more damage if the engine overheats

Symptons point to headgasket failure.

I went and a few people bikers got annoyed by my exhaust as its just a constant drone and constantly spits and bangs. There was a great turn out, best I've seen in 5 years. And what a lovely day to do it aswell.

Don't worry it will go to my local waste management site with it along with the oil i changed

My scoots battery is leaking, it is a white and orange/yellow liquid that crystalises. Is it time for a new battery then

I bought some more, and still bought different bloody ones, so they both went it, sod it

Found out it should be about half to 3/4 when running and full when standing. Thanks anyway

I have just changed the oil on my scooter, and on the window it is half way up after running the engine. Is this correct or is it meant to fill the window.

I am going to service my scooter today, and it needs 1.2 litres of oil. I have got some sikolene street oil 1 litre and 0.2 litres of silkolene race oil, they are both the same weight I just wanted to know they could be mixed. Or should I stop being a tight bar steward and buy some more oil
