the legal limit on noise comming from your house is 76 decibels which. if you put your ear to your exhaust you might get. just go round and tell them to piss off. one side of my neighbours once complained about my music so i turned it up. if its YOUR house and not a council house the council need your permission to gain access to your property if they come into your garden/house without permission your liable to sue for emotional distress becuase you thought you were being robbed Also if you need to take time off work for them you can sue for that. ontop of all this. if you keep recieving complaints you can ifnact report the neighbour to the police I hope this might help. i think the decibels might be a tad off but its around that region.

check your throttle cable.

the bike only had 2347 miles on the clock and smaller sprocket on the back. its acceleration is fine i just want to go faster.

ok small update. i tried running with my choke fully on so it seems to be a fuel issue. luckily. i have a carb built for a 125CC engine ready to stick into my bike. i hope to god this works. i changed spark plug and put a new breather pipe on my petty tank to no avail. only other think i could think would be a valve making a popping noise also whilst im here. im thinking on putting a smaller sprocket on the back of my bike. if i get a pic could anyone reccomend me something?

lol i cant. shops not open till monday. i would rather not go back though. i checked my spark plug today becuase someone told me it could be that. and its not the original spark plug :S also i was told that alot of MX bikes often have pressure build up in the petrol tank where there quite highly revved so i opened the cap a little it made a small diffrence.

i think my bike is misfiring. i did a little research and the symptoms are similer Basically. my problem is. i recently got my road bike back with a few engine adjustments. and since then. after running for about an hour. my bike. at low revs. starts to sputter untill its above 30 MPH. i dnno whats causing the problem. i will get a video of it but it sounds like the engine is dying. its all brand new parts in the engine exept my gearbox. and im worried becuase i just splashed out 340 quid on it.

i have had a de-restricted Italjet forumla it did 62 MPH and i now ride a de-restriced 4 stroke skyteam TR50. tbh i dont reccomend derestricting a 2 stroke 50cc. my TR50 does 35 max and even then its still a stupid idea. IF!!!!!, you crash on a 50cc bike. and the driver says you were going.. this fast. your insurance will be invalid, and not only will it be your license it will be a fair bit of cash paying the bloke for his damages and paying the damages on your own bike. fastest 50cc. depends what you want. geared i would say probably an aprilia, automatic i would say a yamaha neos or gilera runner. but as for fastest. there fastest on acceleration. fastest 50cc is a bad question.

im thinking on rebuilding my old moped (god forbid) its currently under a class B wright off. i think i know i can fix it and re MOT it. If anyone knows where i can get ahold of some parts for a 1999 Italjet Formula 50, can they put a contact number or something on here. it needs a great deal done to it after my mate thought he would smash it up after a party luckily. he will be funding my rebuild so im lucky there if anyone has an information on how to change pistons in moped and set up a new dashboard please post here aswell

i had to do some work on the fuel line before on my MX bike. its quite simple even if you just squeeze the tip of the pipe and get a bowl under it as quickly as possible or funnel to get the fuel away from the engine. ifnot set it to off. turn the kill switch so the engine doesnt start and give it a few kicks. i believe that will get any excess fuel out the engine. or it will try anyway. you might wanna think about the oil aswell. not that it will go as bad as the petrol if left. but just on the off chance it does go funny

i have a mate with a TZR50 and his rev restrictor cable got snagged split and was short circuiting. or is your derestricted?

what size is the bike? i know on some bikes there is a small washer somewhere around where the exhaust connects up check there

tryed 2 stroke oil? i hear it works great honestly. get some castrol or something it should all work fine. if you find it doesnt try a little redEX

i dont know a great deal about sparkplugs but i know a little bit. if you think you have knackered your sparkplug. unplug it. sit it back in the cover touch it to something metal and press your elec ignition. wear rubber gloves. they help. . a knackered spark plug can mean multiple things. the sparker might even be flat in which case it might not be setting a spark when you press the button. or it could be really dirty. other than that soz i cant help more GL finding out whats wrong

so a local shop owner, also a good mate of myne is fitting a new engine in my Pitbike. i have a little 50cc pitbike that i brought a few years ago. and recently i managed to get a valve fire out so hard the adjuster nut managed to find its way to my camshaft. or something like that :S Anyways. he said to me he wants to put a 120CC engine in for the same price as fixing the valve and stuff +my 20% discount (i saved his bike at motorcross and he doesnt think hes made it up to me) so with the 120cc engine he reckons it will do around 55, he said with a bigger carb and my new performance exhaust it should pick up around 65. which would be brilliant out on the dirt. I am confused though. can anyone explain to me how a bigger carb could help with speed? at the moment the carb is really small which i know about. but i still dont get how a bigger carb will do anything but ruin my pitbikes fuel efficiency

if he cut a wire on the cdi thats probs the rev restrictor. it might go faster but in my opinion on any aprilia thats a stupid idea.

silly breather tube. i find that they have more chance in suffocating than a normal one as for the bike. are you sure you havent turned the keys to the Parking light? if you have more than one bike maybe you just havent rememberd that. has anything short circuited. its possible. maybe even water in the electrics that really sucks. CDI box is (on my bike) a small little box towards the front of the frame. quite easy to get too. easy to take off and play with if thats gone you wont be going to wales on friday. i can guarantee that sorry fuses. make sure you check them twice. maybe even replacing twice it can help. The barrel of the ignition might have the immobilizor short circuiting. this could cause an elec failure. A connector may have disconnected. i have a scrammie type bike. i use it for offroad quite often as a am an official in MX for dursley club (missed the AMAC championships) and once riding across the dirt managed to disconnect a wire heading to my tail light. i was baffled at the time but it caused my entire elec system to fail. If you are the original owner of the bike. you should have a circuit board diagram somewhere. its really helpfull it explains which electrix will effect what part of the bike (once my starting motor had abit of a fit and my horn stopped workingg) just saying its possible that this is all connected. there is soo much that can be possible for electrics. if you cannot kick it into life i reccomend taking it to a store.
