Update time.... CBT booked for 27th March and theory booked for 10th April. Hopefully when i do my CBT they will be able to tell me how much training i need for the mod 1 & 2.

Has anyone used these guys before? The Sports Bike Shop, Lincoln (link removed as it contravenes forum advertising policy) Do they have a shop or is it just mail order? Was thinking of having a drive down on Saturday to try some leathers and boots etc. Also, i'm liking the look of some of the RST gear.... Is it decent quality? Worth a look? I've not ridden for about 10 years and i only took a CBT to ride a 125cc at 17 years old. I didn't take my bike test. So, to confirm.... I need to take my CBT again - Correct? Is a catergory 'A' in the provisional section of my license correct if i do need a CBT? Apologies if this is asked all the time!! Just want to be sure!!!

In your opinion, is this a no-no? Either just matching the colours (Red bike and black / red leathers). Or, a Daytona 675 with Triumph leathers? Not ideal if you sell your bike i guess?

Has anyone got a set of these?? Are they any good?? Tried one of the jackets on in Hein Gericke today... Very nice and a lovely fit (size 44). Didn't get to try any trousers as they didn't have any in I'm 6' 3" any take a 34" waist.... Will i have any trouble with the length of them? I'd be tucking them into my boots, but wondered what they were like length-wise?

Just trying to work out my finances to see how much i need to buy everything (Bike, Helmet, Leathers etc). How much will i be looking at roughly roughly for a DAS course? I've ridden quite a bit before; not for about 10 years so will just need a refresh i guess. I'll need to hire the bike and equipment from the training school too... Any help would be great as i don't think i'm too far away from booking if my sums are right

Evening people Right, it's time to get cracking and get back on two wheels ready for the good weather.... Can anyone recommend a good training / test centre somewhere in the York / Hull area who can provide the complete direct access course starting with CBT?
