There cracking images on the top two pictures

Stripped the filler cap down today ( after watching youtube vid how to ) cleaned it then i threaded some strimmer chord down the breather hole on the tank to try and clean it Have just been on a 27 mile run tonight and hey presto it did not cut out and when i opened the filler cap no air escaped So fingers crossed it may be sorted Cheers Guys

Having established i have a blocked breather ( engine keeps cutting out but starts and runs once the tank filler cap is opened and the air comes out) I have tried blowing down the breather tube and even tried doing it with a mini compressor but it still keeps cutting out . It was suggested it may be the filler cap at fault so i am looking to eliminate any other causes it may be before i splash out on a new cap Any more advice greatly appreciated ps I ran the bike for about 5 miles today from work with the filler cap open and it ran fine Cheers

cant see no hole in the top of the cap but there is a square shaped hole above the seal

Without sounding a complete numty what should the breather look like in my cap

come to think about it when it first started cutting out last year there was a hiss when i opened the cap

I have a honda cb 750 and had to have the tank resprayed last year thats when the problem of it cutting out started so i took the bike to the guy who resprayed it and he sorted it out ( cleaned some filter i think ) .It has run fine since then but yesterday it has started cutting out again After it cutting out if i open the filler cap it starts and runs again for awhile' I would take it back to the guy but he is no longer there Any ideas would be great thanks

I was thinking of going on a large group outing 40 plus bikes as i have never done one before and my mate has said done one and said he would never do another ( To much grouping in corners and general bunching up etc ) but i think i may still give it a go though

I am usually 36 inch waist are kevlar jeans loose fitting or just like normal jeans fit wise ?

Thinking of buying a pair of kevlar jeans for the summer and was wondering what your thoughts are on them ? I usually ware textile but as I say thinking of a change so any feed back on the pros and cons would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance guys

I have a RS leather jacket but it was left out on the patio during a couple of days rain ( oops I forgot all about it ) and now its lost its black colour and gone a uneven brown colour any advice on how to dye it back to its original black would be great Thanks
