  8. Hoggs high court judgement required @Hoggs I was out with the gang at the weekend, and we stopped at the café on Kielder Water, and it turns out I unwittingly ended up at the same location as the Kielder Water Bird Of Prey Centre, which is one of the Northwest Tags. I have Photo evidence of my bike (without my number) in front of the lake, and the map showing how close it was (probably passed the sign on the way out). Just so I don't have to go back (it's a bit remote, although the roads are good so I won't complain too much), I'm looking for a Hoggs special dispensation to count this as my visit to the Kielder Water Bird Of Prey Centre?
