All lights, horn etc work fine. Just isn't starting up now. Full tank of petrol, oil etc in her. Brand new bike. Would it be something to do with he fuel pump not pressurising?

Hi all. Looking some information please. So was out for a good, long ride yesterday when the bike completely lost revs and cut out on me on the middle of a country road. The kill switch doesn't seem to be making a noise now when pressed on and bike won't start. Have tried changing the fuses, even went and got a new battery and still wouldn't work. Any advice about this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
