  4. 7+ years of development while the R1 is brand new and the bm is a revision for 2015, although a fit Michael Dunlop would have a big say in the result The ZX10 is very competitive because again it's a few years old and forget anything Italian for 6 laps of the island Great show from mcguiness though
  5. I've had a roof desmo which is similar to the boxer , it was a terrible lid really heavy really noisy , I wouldn't recommend them oh and it broke too
  6. A mate bought a alpine stars jacket that was too small , they were only to happy to replace with the next size up but it did cost him £30 to send it back , even with the extra £30 he saved £100 on what he would pay over here
  7. I had a similar issue on my street , I took the switchgear apart and found the copper tab that makes contact when pressing the pass button was corroded , a quick clean with wet n dry and problem solved [emoji2]

  13. Is that the shoei GT-air? I'm planning to get one soon.. How do you find it? yes it is mate , it's by far the best helmet I've owned very quiet / great fit and the vents seem to actually work!
  14. The internal sun visor in my agv is garbage and makes matters worse when riding in the sun, on the other hand the internal visor in my new shoei is excellent and wouldn't be without it
  15. you usually get countersunk cap screws with the ground anchor and two ball bearings that you tap into the cap screw meaning no one can undo them
  16. sometimes it's better to give the online retailer a call to place your order I was after some rizoma stuff just this morning , and I thought I'd call to check stock as their web site was vague on stock levels Anyway I gave them a call and they offered me a bit more discount if I ordered right then over the phone saved me £15 All clothing I buy is from local shops so I can try the gear on first, lids being the most important to try before you buy
  17. I'm more of a camera phone person than SLR but I think they turned out ok
  18. First thing you should be taking off is your gloves, then your lid Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 il have to now if I get this new lid !
  19. i just find then fiddly to use, once i stop on the bike the first thing i want to do is get my lid off , I've just decided to bite the bullet and get used to the d ring type
  20. well here's my quandary I am in need of a new lid and have a few that I've tried on that feel really comfy , but the problem is my preferred lid has a double d ring strap , and I hate them, I find them loads of messing around to use and just prefer the ratchet type so my question is can I have a ratchet type strap fitted to replace the annoying double d ring strap ?

  24. the kit i bought consists of fork stem yoke mount waterproof case 3 prong adaptor http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... rNsB7cYPFM i got the kit to use my phone as a sat nav (iphone5) while the kit is great and does exactly what a bought it for my main reason for the review is to testify how sturdy this piece of kit is a few days back i didnt click the the 3 prong adaptor in properly and pulled away and proceeded to give it the beans, well at about 50mph the phone fell out of the yoke mount and hit my stomach and flew behind me bouncing down the road! boy my phone must of took a beating, but the waterproof case protected it brilliantly not a mark on the phone itself and its all working great even after bouncing down the road at 50mph i just click it back in (properly this time) and all is good even if the case is a little scratched up!
  25. I was there on Saturday , the roads where fine but it was chilly , as said before loads if salt too
