I'll be keeping an eye on this one Phil, as the weather is a bit of a gamble, I wont book it until the last minute

Have heard mixed reports on open pit lane track days, potential to be hanging around waiting to be able to get on the track

track time is 9 till about 5 usually....there is another cadwell day on the 6th do that and then do the open pit lane one

im doing both

Have been tempted but giving it a miss as heard some iffy reports from guys that have done open pit lane events...waiting for ages to get on etc

Plus I'm planning a trek for that day as part of my training for the national 3 peaks next year

couldnt of asked for a better day, slightly damp for the first 2 hours then dry dry dry

bikes were a really treat to ride, the k1 is 2 up on the rear so rips your arms off accelerating and wheelies for fun, helped with a quick action throttle

anyway, will post up a proper report and pics/vids tonight

first vid finally made it on youtube, not the best one as it was late in the day so getting tired and i was sat in the pits for about 15 mins so going out on cold tyres

rear facing, last session out and sat in pit lane for about 20 mins coz some prick fell off and needed to be scrapped off the deck

What group were you in? Looks like there was some real aggressive overtaking. Might just be where the camera was positioned.

it was open pit lane, so out with people of all abilities inc racers

tbh camera always makes it look closer than it is....i nearly tboned someone at the bottom of the mountain and watched it back on video and it looks soooooo much worse lol
