Paul Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Have a test ride whatever you do Nikki, on both........only then decide! Thats what I said ages ago, go try them both then decide for yourself.Isn't the ER6 a Versys in disguise? Quote
Dana_leigh Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 not sure....I think they are all pretty similar....the ER6f is marketed as having 'Ninja Looks' I will try both of them out, went to the Ducati showroom at the weekend to find out the prices had gone up!!! they are now over 6 grand so it might no longer be an option anyway...unless they have a second hand one going Quote
Paul Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Some places are doing 0% finance and free servicing for a year with new Monsters. Quote
Dana_leigh Posted October 6, 2009 Author Posted October 6, 2009 Some places are doing 0% finance and free servicing for a year with new Monsters. yeah they did mention that, worth looking in to. I have a while before I need to make a decision though.....many things will change before I get to buy one Quote
lib Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 oh but the Duke was sooooo soooo pretty and nice Plus I already have a bit of a love affair with Dukes Nope, sorry, you asked us to decide now and we chose the kwak. Too late for that now... Quote
Guest Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 Go with the DucatiThe servicing cost have been drastically reduced on the later models, 7000 miles or 2 years between services. First service on my 1098 cost less that £100... I've had most Dukes and it's only the old ones that suffer with weather. I keep mine outside and it starts every morning even in the snow... Quote
