Just fitted a set of V-Strom Hand Guards to my GSF 1250SA Bandit.

Great protection.

Look good.

But... they 'hit' the fairing when on full lock. There is a solution - swing the bars up & back slightly and the guards just clear. This affects the riding position so it will very much be down to individual preference.

Can't upload from work!

Just Google 'V-Strom' and 'handguards' or 'brush guards'.

Or, just pop round and take a look see!

Thought you said you had something similar?

better suited for off road bikes, used to be known as brush guards to stop braches whipping your hands whilst off roading, some come with alloy bars that add strength. (Military MT500)

but becoming popular on all bikes, keeps the rain and wind off your gloves,

but on the road, i wonder if these would add to injuries, rather than curtail them (chopped pinkies anyone..)
