Jacket Sizing

So im looking at getting a leather jacket for the summer but have a problem, everyone ive tried on, dont fit properly. Measured myself up and im:

36inch chest,

top of the shoulder down to top of where my thumb is 26inch.

When looking at the size charts for leather jackets (and adding couple inches on chest) id want a small at 38inches, but the arm length is only 24 inches, making it too small on the arms, each size up (m,l,xl) etc increase in chest by 2 inches, and half inch for arm length. so to get a 26inch arm length, i would need an xxl, which is obviously huge on my chest/shoulders. Does anyone know of any places/shops that sell to my sort of measurements or have a similar problem to what i have, and found a solution? xD

I could go custom made, but guessing it would be very expensive

get the next size up and a back protector. solves both issues,

Try Hein gericke, I couldnt fit into the hacket that went with my trousers but found another jacket of theres that was supposedly the same size but fit perfectly (Im bit of an odd shape) but as there both from HG the zips match if you need to zip them together.
