martlewis Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 Anyone have any advice or instructions for replacing the rear brake on my YBR125 please? The wear indicator is at minimum and they aren't working well at all now.Any help or instruction would be really useful.Thanks. Quote
Guest Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 HiBike on main standUndo the brake actuator arm nut (wingnut) undo the torque arm (stops the drum spinning round)remove wheelslide drum brake out from side of the wheel, then you can see the shoes..remove shoes and fit new, helps if you fit as a pair together, like opening a bear trap.. reift to inner of wheel and then refit wheel to bike, fit torque arm and actuator bar, and test Quote
