husqvarna moto 50cc.having trouble with speed pick up when i wind the throttle out.it stays at low revs and sounds like its choking/strugling to get up to speed, then after about 5 seconds the speed picks up the way it should.wondering if this is a carburetter problem.any ideas anyone :(

Certainly sounds like a fuelling issue. I assume this thing is a centrifugal clutch and you're not just half stalling it. Clean your air filter

thanks for your reply.it has a normal 1 down 4 up gear change.not sure about clutch thing you are on about.will clean filter and see what happens.thanks again.

Ok so you do have a clutch lever and you change gear yourself. How long have you been riding are you sure you're not just half stalling it as you pull away?
