wasnt sure where to post this.

I automatically positioned my mirrors so i could see behind (obv), but realised i had positioned them so anything in the centre of my right mirror is in the centre of my left too, but this cant be right can it? because i would be looking at the same thing in both mirrors, meaning i have a massive blind spot on both sides.

Anyone know how to correctly set up the mirrors? or am i just over complicating it?

turn them out slightly, you want to see down your left and right side, if the mirrors are large enough get some blind spot buttons..

I can't see directly behind me, but can see down each side,

best and easiest way, is to get a mate to stand at you left indicator then take a few steps back (5-8), position the mirror to see him/her, then repeat for the other side

I have mine so I can just about see my arms/elbows in each mirror (on the inside) if that makes sense? You will always have a huge blind spot on bike mirrors hence the need for life savers! I think Dan got himself some of those curved stick ons for the corners of his morrors, like the ones mini busses have on the back window only smaller. Never used em so can't say if they are any good or not.........
