Passed my cbt today some tosser cut me up dangerously tho! :| and the instructor took the piss by going dead slow infront of him for me ;) awww. Just gotta get a feel for the road now should be sound but ive been advised to go out on my own for a while not following my bf on a seperate motorbike what do you guys think?

Firstly, Well done :thumb:

Secondly, that advice has merit, you will build up your own confidence and be able to ride for yourself rather than following someone else.

Congratulations on the pass.

For the confidence thing you could find a quite estate somewhere and ride around there practising left and right turns coming out of and turning into junctions. Stoping and pulling away. Then move on to busier roads.

And if you think its just you............ Don't because we are ALL still learning everyday we go out.

The most important thing is to enjoy it

ive got to get insurance then mot first and not sure of where it is i am crap with roads well unless i know where im going and have been shown where i am going first hand a couple of times haha. So my first ride out will be with the bf but after that im gonna go it alone for a couple of weeks i just hope that my bf remembers that im behind him and followin his lead so he better not indicate at last bloody minute! its slightly different without the mics ;) and im not sure he would like to be mic'ed up to me with all the moaning haha.
