Yamaha YBR125 kick stand?

Howdy

Now I got my YBR125 and fixing it up I noticed no kick stand, just a centre stand, can I fit one?

What's funny is when doing the CBT the instructor said don't worry about getting the hang of using the centre stand, you won't use it much....hummmm

yep the european market didnt get a sidestand or kickstand..

later models i believe did.. most have just learned to live with it.,

Rather a late respopnse to this but yeah, my 06 YBR doesn't have a side stand either & haven't as yet been able to find 1 that will fit.

If you do find one, please let me know!!!!!!!

looks like you can know get them and assoc parts from Brooks Barn MC..

i believe its the 06's that didn't get em (before fuel injection?) i know my mates didn't and that was carbed but mine did and that was FI

steve, been there, the ybr isnt cradle mounted so no tube to clamp too..

Fuel injection YBR's have a sidestand So has anyone seen if that will fit on the earlier models ?

You would think the Frame was the same

Not really sure if it would. I tried several different avenues to get one for my 06 bike - yamaha, repair centres, internet etc but it seems the mounting point differs
