just took my back wheel out and noticed the sprocket is a bit worn yet the chain has alot of adjustment left in it can you just change the sprocket or do you need to change both and chain ? any thoughts :)

just change the sprockets if the chains ok, but if you can get the full set for not much more than the price of the sprockets then do them all, i paid 75 quid for a DID set. from price busters

better to change as a set, looks like they the chain was changed without sprox last time..


and if the rear looks like its going the front will do too...

your supposed to change the lot together as they wear together the chain would cause premeture wear on the new sprockets

cheers don,t mind buying a new sprocket for now and would change all three when chain is fully adjusted did,nt see the point in changing the chain if its ok for now

You got money to burn go ahead, surely cheaper/simpler to just do the whole lot now, then you know where you are.
