Bad lesson

Well i am busy going through my DAS and got MOD1 booked for 3 weeks time... Anyway after a really good lesson last week this weeks was awful.. Although i was perfectly safe on the bike my obs and shoulder checks etc were terrible... it has knocked my confidence to be honest as i cant afford to mess it up.. Did you guys have similar bad lessons when you were going through your DAS

When doing my DAS earlier this year, my instructor told me almost all his students have 1 "off" day, where things just dont click, I know I definatley did! Just don't let it get to you

I think the tip was suggested somewhere on this website, I found doing lifesavers in the car helped me get used to observations.

I still do them now, good to check the blind spot!

Mate, i ended up nearly turning onto the wrong lane (on coming traffic) the other day and i have my mod 2 tomorrow, it's oright it's just nerves don't worry.

I'm not doing a DAS but I have days when I ride really well and others when I am total cr*p!! I've done nearly 1500 miles since July so should be getting better by now, but sometimes I still do the most stupid things . I'm sure you'll be ok, think positive!
