Guest Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 mod 2 to morrow not cancelled at present, thermals i think ! Quote
pinkyfloyd Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Good luck. Make sure your wrapped up warm. Lots of thin layers. Thermals, T shirt. Jumper, and winter textiles if you have them. Stick a pair of jogging bottoms under your jeans and throw textiles over that. Keep your core temp as high as you can and you'll be fine. Nothing worse than being freezing cold and having to concentrate. Quote
Guest Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 had mod 2 today at 3.15pm , well wot a ride, first 500 yards had to pull over and tell examiner the head set, i could not hear him, every time he spoke there was a buzzing noise, next radio was very intermitent but hey we would carry on, went up onto A47 dual carriage way ran into a snow storm, loverly, then went on some roads on outskirts of lynn, here they had a snow storm roads was white and frozen,he told me to stop , and said did i wish to stop the test in these conditions and return to test centre, i asked how was i doing, he replied fine at present, so i said we will carry on, he had his back end spin out at a junction, i carried on we got back onto main road and made our way back to test centre. RESULT, i passed with no faults. yipee i now join the permanent smiling club !!!! Quote
