Fozzie Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Filters are usually a piece of piss, just crack out the manual and find where they are and clean Quote
rennie Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Just follow the pipes, you'll find the filters, they're not big. The RAC mechanic showed me,the first time it happened. Quote
rennie Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 I'm going to move this to pit-stop!It really shouldn't be in general Quote
NearOn Posted January 5, 2011 Author Posted January 5, 2011 Update, finally have some news, but pretty crap news, garage been shut over xmas and new year, lazy! lol. The fuel pump has gone, and from what I have researched, they are not cheap, re conditioned ones least £400 , or salvaged around £300, so plus the labour is looking pretty crap. Once get a few quotes, going to weigh out options, as even though car is a nice car considering its age, its still only worth £1500 max. Quote
