Snoopy Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 not at all, normally, I'd say green everytime for a kwakker.Having said that my old ZXR400 was the black and purple colours but I did always lust after a green one 8) Quote
Guest Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 Green must be the worst in the world. am sure most of you agree Not a great first post considering one of the Admin of the site owns a lovely ZX6RR in GREEN Welcome over from MCN, stick a post up in Newbies and introduce yourself properly.Vickiaka Ducatigirl35 Quote
Guest Posted April 4, 2007 Posted April 4, 2007 your opinion is just that "your opinion" as valid as all ours but would have preferred to hear why you think green is the worst ??? i think over the years green has become all what kawasaki wanted it to be ,but a new breed of bikes, and with it colours, are changing bikers thoughts and opinions .every biker likes to stamp his or her mark on there own machines and such a vast range of colours(not just kwaks now) as got to be good if for no other reason than that??? Guest David Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Last year when I bought my 2002 ZX636R in red I had tried to get a 2006 model in green but couldn’t find any. If the colours were the same as last year I would have still gone for green but the orange is just different. Why do the manufacturers limit us to 3 colour options any way? Quote

Guest Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 ... it has to be green if its a Kwak!Black is for bad asses that need to blend in;Orange is for KTM owners and mobile phones;Green is to make riders of all other makes jealous (IMHO)!The only reason I'm riding a gixer at the mo' is cos I can't afford a 10R! Arse! Quote

Guest Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 (edited) & the Ebony is catching up.....Thank God!!!Bought my ZX636R back in '02 & still love it's 'silver & black' paintscheme... Almost traded it in last year for the Titanium colcour scheme! hubba hubba...Green is synomonous with Kwaks, from as far back as the great Mick Grant & before...Personally, i would never buy a Green Kawasaki Sports Bike because i'm not that sort of rider...+ after being involved with the forces for so long, i love being able to stand out in a crowd...(we won't mention Butlins, but that was a case in point!!) I wouldn't buy a blue & white GSXR for the same reason...& i'd never buy a Fireblade cos every c**ts got one! Orange on a Kawasaki works on the Z1000 but on the ZX it's soooo wrong!
