In the interests of saving some money does anyone know of any cheap givi stockists?

Kappa is usually cheaper than Givi, same stuff under a different name,

but remember you need both panniers & the frames to fit them to the bike, about £250 + total

A quick fix is go for Oxford fabric panniers, bit of a fiddle to fit but a lot cheaper

What sort of riding do you do? If you carry stuff around all the time then 'hard luggage' (Proper Givi/kappa racks and boxes) is a better way to go. If you are just popping down the shops, something like Oxford First would do fine.

I have Oxford First, they cost me £48 and are good enough for commuting and stuff, and I would fully reccomend them for the money. But as I'm going touring, it'll be easier for me to go for full hard luggage.

Probably not a cheap option (£157), but I ordered a SW Motech mount as I wanted something that was better made than the Givi crap they supply for the Hornet:
