Arrrghhhh!! Useless DSA booking website.

So I am trying to book mod 1 and is it just me or did anyone struggle with the DSA site?

Firstly I have tried about 5 test centres and even choosing no preference not a single booking comes up.

Secondly you have to enter a stupid captcha thing every single time you search for a booking.

The theory booking worked fine, why on earth is it so hard to book the practical.

Am I expecting to much from a gvt website?

I completely agree, it is one of the most annoying websites I've ever come across. I tried to find a slot so for mod 1 so I could let an instructor know when I could do the training but wasn't able to find anything within 2 months in the whole of southern England despite trying about 20 times!

Perhaps it's all part of the Department of Transport's plans to reduce motorcyclist numbers!

I was having a problem booking my mod 2.

Tried using IE instead of Firefox and it went through fine instead of hanging.

can't get test till September in my area. Other places aren't showing any dates is this wrong then and i should ring?

Also fire fox wouldn't work for me either. Used opera mobile on my phone instead of that IE crap.

It could be that everywhere's fully booked? I booked my Mod2 retake on there, and I had the option of the following week then nothing at all for six weeks or so following that.

The site doesn't like Chrome, either. I got so far into the booking, then the Next button stopped working. Works alright with Firefox though (this was on a Mac).
