First trip to the Ponderosa post-test

Took Gladis to Horseshoe Pass today, I left home boiling hot and wondering whether to wear my summer stuff - blooming glad I didn't as it was bloody freezing when I got there! There weren't many bikers and I had practically half the car park to myself . I sat in the cafe conservatory to warm up like a lizard and the sun came out, I was boiling again .

I nearly didn't put on waterproof trousers on for the return trip, as hubby said it had been pouring at home, but I was quite hot. However I did and was I glad - it absolutely p*ssed down. I also overtook a line of cars (10) on the A5! And then got hailed on!! Bike got dirty!!!

Does that make me a proper biker yet

Once I get the bike serviced it might go a bit faster

Oh and I did a reccy run to the Miner's Standard in the car last week so I know the way!!
