Biker Blake Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 Hey peeps, sort of in a rush here, basically is there anywhere that shows you how to fit a yoshimura race pipe on to a cbr125? Me and my dad have been trying and it appears the part of the exhaust pipe that goes in to the actual bike, doesn't fit. There is like a little metal bit that only the standard exhaust fits in to, was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and knows how to fix this? There are videos of the exhaust on a CBR125 on youtube so I know they can defo go on, anyone who has one should know what I'm talking about.. Thanks alot people,Blake Quote
Boothy Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 Is the exhaust designed to fit this bike? IE have you got a link pipe? Quote
Biker Blake Posted June 24, 2011 Author Posted June 24, 2011 Yeah it's designed to fit, and got the link pipe with it but theres some bit that's stuck exactly like this is describing: http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/commu ... -id=372768 Quote
megawatt Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 I can probably sort this for you , but I could do with some good pix and measurements please? Quote

Basically, you need a different sized gasket ring to fit the pipe into the side of the cylinder. My son had exactly the same problem, his friend made him a gasket to fit. Quote
