hi all ,made a bobo about 3 weeks ago .i went onto the official DSA web site to book my mod 1 and did just that then read on here that the test cost £15 (i payed £25) well decided to cancel the test as i didn't feel too confident and couldn't find the test center so i used the conformation e/mail that i got and was told that my £15 would be refunded in the same way as it was paid .didn't get a refund so i called the DSA and was told that the £15 had been refunded i then asked why they were refunding £15 when i had paid £25.he then told me that i had been tricked and said that i must have booked using a pop up and these company automatically appear just as you start to book your test and after you have told them the date you want they book a test then tell you when its booked for ,they pay £15 to DSA and keep £10 .well as i said i canceled so the £15 was refunded back the the pop up and now its down to me to get a refund from the company that i paid .the DSA said its not elegal as they did book me a test but they will be breaking the law if they dong give me back my £25.but lets be honest can i really be bothered to go to the small claims court for £25 .i think when i book the test again ill do it over the phone.and if i can track down the company in question ill put there name on here .Steve
