Mod 1, appropriate clothing?

I've got my mod. 1 next tuesday in Bredbury. I visited the site this morning to have a look and although it was closed, it was useful to see it from a distance.

What I did notice, on the gate, was a sign saying "high visibility clothing must be worn on this site". I'm also aware that you should wear 'appropriate' clothing for your test.

I'm intending to wear my black motobike jacket, which has a white (high visibility?) stripe on each arm. Jeans (waterprroofs over the top if it's wet) and boots will complete my attire. Plus a helmet, obviously.

Will this be ok do you think?

cant see gloves on your list, so definitely add them.

did mine in full armoured leathers, but then a messed up swerve or e stop on a 500 could make a proper mess of someone my size

i would say what ever you consider suitably protective for riding on the road, is what you should be wearing for any time on the bike

Yep that will be fine, providing the jeans are thick. There is no requirement to wear Hi viz - I rang the dsa at the beginning of July.

Dont forget gloves

When I did Mod1 and Mod2 the test centre gave me their fluorescent jacket to wear with no issues.
